If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for books with obvious signs of use or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 business days.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are excluded. However, a store credit may be applied to your account if you're returning a sale item.
If you need to exchange your product for a different size or model, please email us at support@vulkanstore.com or call/text us at (844) 777-0778 so we can arrange the exchange. We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the right product for your needs.
To ensure we can assist you better with the correct sizes based on your measurements and body type, we encourage you to contact Vulkan before returning your product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser, and they will be notified regarding any return/exchange.

Some selected items may be available for pre-order when out of stock. These products are offered at a discounted price in exchange for a longer wait time.
Pre-order items typically ship within 10–15 business days, though delays may occur due to production or shipping conditions. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check the status and assist you accordingly. Once shipped, pre-orders follow our standard return policy.
