Returns
At Vulkan Store, we want you to absolutely love the fit and feel of your Gi. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item meets the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must be clean and free from any signs of wear.
The item must not have been washed.
It should be in its original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards.
Products made from lycra (e.g., fight shorts, compression shorts, rashguards, etc.) due to hygiene concerns.
CDs and DVDs that have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for books with obvious signs of use or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account for verification.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (typically 3-4 business days).
Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@vulkanstore.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are excluded. However, a store credit may be applied to your account if you're returning a sale item.
Exchanges

To ensure we can assist you better with the correct sizes based on your measurements and body type, we encourage you to contact Vulkan before returning your product.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser, and they will be notified regarding any return/exchange.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for any returned item, and please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. We can assist you in generating the return shipping label, and the associated cost will be automatically deducted from your refund credit. When eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item valued over $65, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
