Returns and Exchanges
Vulkan wants you to love the fit and feel of your Gi. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it
- Item(s) must be clean and free from wear
- Item(s) must be unwashed
- Item(s) must also be in the original packaging
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for exchange (i.e. item(s) are dirty, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, detergent, covered in animal dander, deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc...). All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Vulkan.
- Gift cards
- Products made from lycra (fight shorts, compression shorts, rashguards, etc…) this is due to hygiene concerns and will not be eligible for return/exchange under any circumstance.
- CDs and DVDs that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 business days.
Some items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund please check your bank account for verification.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in most cases 3-4 business days.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, this excludes sale items for eligibility of refunds. A store credit on your account may be applied if returning a sale item.

In order for us better assist you with the correct sizes based on your measurements and body type, we highly encourage you to contact Vulkan prior to returning your product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser and the original purchaser will be notified regarding any return/exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for for any returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the transit.
