Never received product or response from company

I placed my order 5/15/24, and never received as of 5/30/24. I emailed the company and got zero response. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card now.

Nice Thickness and Quantity

About normal thickness, which is nicer than the extra thick for learning to tie. Good quality and stitching which is important because these stay with you as a memento for a long time.

My son has been training for a little more than 7 years (since he was 3 years old). Whenever my son gets promoted to a new belt, I replace it with a Vulkan belt. This time I bought an orange/white belt. Vulkan belts are durable and the color doesn’t fade much. I wash my son’s belt along with his gis once a week. I know the superstition about not washing BJJ belts but I also don’t want him getting some kind of skin infection because of a bacteria-ridden belt so I wash it. His past Vulkan belts have survived many washes and the color stays. So far, this is his 8th Vulkan belt and we’re loyal to this brand. I’ll keep buying Vulkan belts until my son earns his Black belt. Thanks!
