Custom Patch Orders
What file types do you accept for custom artwork?
We prefer editable vector files such as AI, SVG, or EPS. However, we also accept high-resolution JPEG, PNG, or PDF files.
What happens if my artwork is low resolution?
If your file is not print-ready, our team will contact you. We also offer assistance in reformatting or recreating artwork when needed (fees may apply depending on the request).
Can I request a custom patch shape?
Yes! We can create patches in any shape — square, rectangular, circular, or fully custom. Just let us know your preferences and placement.
Can I preview the patch before it's made?
We’ll send a mockup if any major adjustments are needed. Otherwise, production follows the submitted artwork and placement instructions.
Can I order custom patches without a gi?
Yes. You can choose the “No Sewn” option and we will send your patch separately, ready to be sewn onto any gi you like.
Do you offer bulk discounts for custom patches?
Shipping & Processing
How long does it take to ship custom patches?
Custom patches ship within 10 business days after artwork approval. If sewing is included, processing may take a few extra days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times and rates vary based on your location and carrier selection at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log in to your account to check order status.

How do I choose the right gi size?

Are your gis IBJJF approved?
Most Vulkan gis are designed to meet current IBJJF competition standards, unless otherwise stated in the product description. However, the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation may update its rules or requirements at any time. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend visiting the official
IBJJF website or contacting us directly with any specific questions.
What’s the difference between the Pro Light, Ultra Light, and Essential gis?
The Pro Light is a balanced lightweight gi that offers both durability and comfort — making it ideal for heavy-duty training and competition.
The Ultra Light is our lightest gi, perfect for travel and hot climates where breathability matters most.
The Essential gi delivers Vulkan quality at a budget-friendly price, making it a great choice for beginners or everyday training.
Can I customize my gi with patches or embroidery?
Yes! We offer custom sewn-on patches, and you can request bulk embroidery services for teams. Reach out to

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my gi?
We offer free exchanges within 30 days for unused gis. Returns are accepted, but shipping is not covered. Please refer to our
Returns Policy for full details.
Can I return a custom product?
Custom items (including custom patches and sewn-on gis) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
