Whether for your academy, team, sponsor, event, or personal branding, our patches are available for both adult and kids gis and can be produced in virtually any shape — square, rectangular, circular, shield-shaped, or fully custom die-cut designs.

Choose between a professionally sewn-on finish for a permanent, competition-ready look, or loose patches if you prefer to apply them yourself or use them on a non-Vulkan gi.

Whether you need a single logo or multiple designs for academies, instructors, affiliates, sponsors, or events, we make the process simple by allowing multiple artwork uploads within the same order.

How to Order

1. Choose Your Patch Size & Placement

Select one of the available size ranges:

• Up to 4.5”

• Up to 9”

• Up to 12”

• Up to 15.5”

Choose the size range that best fits your intended placement (chest, shoulder, sleeve, thigh, back panel, etc.).

After selecting your range, you must confirm the exact final dimensions by email.

Example:
If you select “Up to 15.5”, you may specify 13”, 14”, 15”, etc.
A 12” design must be ordered under the “Up to 12” option.

⚠️ Important Fit Note:
Square 9” patches may be too large for chest or shoulder placements. We strongly recommend measuring your gi before confirming sizing.

2. Choose Application Type

Sewn-On (Vulkan Gis Only)
We will professionally sew the patch directly onto your Vulkan gi for a clean, durable, competition-ready finish.

Loose Patch
You will receive the patch unsewn for self-application or use on another brand of gi.

⚠️ Sewing service is available only for Vulkan gis. If you are not purchasing a Vulkan gi, please select Loose Patch.

3. Select Quantity

Choose the total number of patches you would like to order.

You may order:

• A single design in bulk

• Multiple designs within the same size category

• Mixed design quantities within one order

Examples:

• 10 patches of the same design

• 10 patches split into 2 designs (5 + 5)

• 10 patches split into 5 designs (2 each)

• 20 patches across multiple designs and combinations

As long as all designs fall within the selected size range, you may submit multiple artwork files and quantity breakdowns in a single order.

This is ideal for academies, teams, instructors, affiliates, sponsors, events, and multi-location branding.

Need Multiple Patch Sizes?

No problem.

Simply add each size category and quantity separately to your cart:

Example:

• 10 patches up to 4.5”

• 5 patches up to 9”

• 2 patches up to 15.5”

Then submit all artwork together in one email. Our team will match each design to the correct size and quantity.

4. Send Your Artwork

Email your files to:

• Artwork file names

• Desired placement (e.g., Left Chest, Right Leg, Sleeve, Back Panel)

• Exact dimensions for each patch

• Quantity per design

• Any special instructions

Multiple Designs? No Problem

You may include multiple artwork files in a single order.

Example:

• Design A: 5 patches (4” x 4”)

• Design B: 5 patches (4” x 4”)

Or:

• Design A: 2 patches

• Design B: 2 patches

• Design C: 2 patches

• Design D: 2 patches

• Design E: 2 patches

If multiple size categories are included, clearly label which designs belong to which size selection.

All artwork will be reviewed before production begins for confirmation.

Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the highest production quality:

(Vector files strongly recommended)

Accepted Formats

• PDF

• PNG

• JPEG

Please provide the highest-resolution version available.

Additional Notes

• Include borders when needed for clean cutting or sewing

• Complex shapes may be simplified into circles, rectangles, or shield layouts for production efficiency

• Colors may vary slightly due to production and material limitations

We also offer free layout and sizing adjustments when needed.

Custom artwork creation, logo recreation, vectorization, and advanced design work are available upon request and may incur an additional fee depending on complexity.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on order volume, artwork complexity, and whether sewing is required. You will receive an estimated timeline after your order is reviewed.

Can I order multiple patch designs in one order?

Yes. You can combine multiple designs in a single order. Simply submit all artwork files and specify quantities per design.

This is ideal for academies, affiliates, instructors, and events.

Can I order multiple patch sizes in one order?

Yes. Add each size category separately to your cart, then email all artwork together for organization before production.

Can I sew the patch myself?

Yes. Choose Loose Patch if you plan to sew or apply it yourself.

What if I selected Sewn-On but didn’t purchase a Vulkan gi?

Sewn-on service is only available for Vulkan gis. If no Vulkan gi is included, your order will be produced as loose patches.

Can I choose an exact patch size?

Yes. You first select a size range, then confirm exact dimensions by email.

How do I know what size will fit best?

We recommend measuring your gi placement area before confirming sizing. Our team can also assist with recommendations.

Can I use another brand gi?

Yes. However, sewing is only available for Vulkan gis. Non-Vulkan gis will receive loose patches only.
